Thermo Fisher Scientific Extends Latin America Network with new Chilean
Partner for Informatics

PHILADELPHIA, Penn., (April 29, 2008) - Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., the

Tecnología to extend its substantial informatics offerings in Chile. The new
distribution agreement allows Alta Tecnología to support sales activities in
Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia for the Thermo Scientific portfolio of
informatics products which are focused on the process industries and
